The process is really easy. All you need to do is subscribe to Twitch Prime, and then follow the link on this page to activate the first reward tier (Pirate Pack #1). From there, it will provide instructions on how to link your Steam and Amazon account.

If you aren’t a Prime member already, note that you can actually try the subscription service free of charge for 30 days — just remember to cancel it before the end of the trial if you don’t want to continue.

Once your two accounts are linked you can claim your Pirate Pack rewards by checking your in-game inventory (Tab key). Remember, skins are equipped by clicking on an item and then selecting the ‘Change Skin’ option.

So far, only the first two tiers of content are listed; between Sept. 28 and Nov. 1 you can get an exclusive Pirate character skin Pirate-stance emote 5,000 Marks of Fortune (in-game currency), and between Oct. 12 and Nov. 1 you can get a Pirate sword skin Finger-across-the-throat emote Pack of three crests. There are seven drops planned running up until mid-December, and we’re sure that they’ll continue in the new year.
