How to Craft Lockpicks in Chernobylite

Lockpicks can be one of the most useful tools throughout Chernobylite, as they’ll help you unlock shortcuts and get important resources. You won’t be able to find them in the world, though, so the only way to get some is by crafting.

To craft a lockpick, you need to build the Industrial Grinder at your base. This requires 4 Mechanical Parts, 8 Electronic Parts, 4 Flammable Parts. You can find these scattered throughout the world.

Once you have enough parts, build the Industrial Grinder in your base. Interact with the Grinder and you’ll see the Lockpick creation requires 2 Mechanical Parts and 1 Chemical.

How to Craft Lockpicks in Chernobylite

  1. Pick up 4 Mechanical Parts, 8 Electronic Parts, 4 Flammable Parts throughout the world.

  2. Open the base building menu by pressing the back button while at your base.

  3. Select and build the Industrial Grinder.

  4. Interact with the Grinder and you’ll see the Lockpick creation requires 2 Mechanical Parts and 1 Chemical.

  5. Create Lockpicks.
