How to Get the Grenade Launcher in Resident Evil Village
The Grenade Launcher can only be obtained after defeating the first two lords in Resident Evil Village; namely, Lady Dimitrescu and Donna the Puppeteer.
Defeating them will grant you access to the Four-Winged Unborn Key, which you can use to open the gate blocking the path that leads south from the Duke. This opens the way to the East Old Town portion of the village, where you’ll be able to track down the Waterwheel Weapon – aka the Grenade Launcher.

Once you’ve obtained the key, head through the gate and toward East Old Town. Once you arrive there, a giant Werewolf enemy will attack you and begin to stalk you through the area. You can avoid it by darting through the houses on the right side of the area, and climbing up onto the rooftops via ladders whenever possible.
However, you will eventually need to get down on the ground and follow the river up toward the Waterwheel. To get through this portion, wait for the Werewolf to begin patrolling back near the area’s entrance, and then follow the river to the Waterwheel.
Once you reach the Waterwheel, head inside and look to your left. The Grenade Launcher will be leaning up against the wall next to its case. Grab it, and you’ll have successfully added it to your arsenal.
