October is finally here, which means it’s time to get ready for the spooky Halloween season. Animal Crossing New Horizons has just gotten a new update so you can participate in the festivities in-game as well. There are new DIY Recipes to collect, and pumpkins and candy to hoard. Getting Halloween Costume Items in Animal Crossing New Horizons
There are two main ways to get Halloween costume items in the game right now: by purchasing them from the Able Sisters, or purchasing them from Jack when he shows up on Oct. 31.
In addition to that, Kicks also has a couple of Halloween-themed footwear items for sale as well.
Able Sisters
The first method is more reliable, as the Able Sisters have a chance of stocking Halloween clothing throughout the month of October. Just check in with the store every day, head into the changing room, and see what they have for sale. It’s likely that they’ll also display the clothing items on the mannequins in the store.
Getting Halloween Costume Items from Jack
Alternatively, you can also wait till Halloween itself, on Oct. 31. On this day, Jack will show up outside the Resident Services building on your island, and he’ll have a few Halloween costume items available for sale as well in case you need any last minute items to complete your look.
