If you ever played the original Kingdoms of Amalur, you may remember that it was possible to get some armor and items inspired by the Mass Effect series. These weren’t only cool to equip in the fantasy world of Amalur but also boasted some pretty impressive stats. Fortunately, the Mass Effect DLC items are in Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning, so here’s how you can get them.
Getting Mass Effect DLC in Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning
To get the Mass Effect items, you’ll need to access the Special Delivery Chest found in Gorhart. This is the first town you’ll reach on your adventure in the game.
The Special Delivery Chest can be found just outside of the inn in Gorhart, to the left of the entrance. It’s a large, gold chest, and you’ll want to interact with it to open it up.
Inside, you’ll find an absolute ton of different items. These are all of the DLC items added into the original game, in one convenient spot in Re-Reckoning. All you need to do is scroll down the list until you find the Mass Effect DLC items you want, and move them into your inventory.
We’d advise against using the ‘Take All’ option when accessing the Special Delivery Chest, simply because you’ll bog down your inventory with items you may not even want. Cherry pick the best items for your adventure and then be on your merry way.
It’s worth pointing out that you will eventually be able to get a house, which will give you 300 additional inventory slots. At this point, you can return to the Special Delivery Chest and take the lot, before depositing what you don’t need at your house. Easy!
