Hades is the latest release from Supergiant Games, best known for their work on Bastion, Transistor, and Pyre. Unlike those games, though, Hades is an action roguelite. However, it does still have a very heavy focus on story elements, along with a whole slew of abilities and weapons that you can mix and match to create a unique build. Here’s how to unlock the Lucifer Aspect in Hades.
Unlocking the Lucifer Aspect in Hades
There are only a total of six weapons available in Hades at the time of writing, but all of them can be upgraded later on in the game to enhance their abilities. You do this by spending a rare resource called Titan’s Blood to unlock Weapon Aspects.
Every weapon in the game has four Aspects each, and one of the highest tier upgrades you can get is the Lucifer Aspect for the Adamant Rail weapon.
First things first, before you can get the Lucifer Aspect, you’ll need to fully upgrade the Eternal Spear and unlock all Aspects for that weapon. And to even unlock Aspects in the first place, you need to have all weapons unlocked as well.
Once you’ve done that, make use of your Titan’s Blood to unlock the first three Aspects on the Spear. You’ll also need to unlock the Fated List of Minor Prophecies from the House Contractor NPC. After that, you’ll need to reach the final boss and fight him at least once, then speak with Achilles to learn about the final Aspect.
Once you’ve done so, you need to make your way to the final boss again, then speak with Achilles, who will then allow you to unlock the final Aspect for the Eternal Spear. After all this, you’ll finally be able to start unlocking the final Aspects for the rest of your weapons.
For the Adamant Rail, you simply need to spend at least five Titan’s Blood on any of its Aspects, then speak with Zeus to unlock the Lucifer Aspect. You can guarantee Zeus’ spawn at the start of the encounter if you have his Keepsake, and since your affinity with the gods don’t matter for unlocking Aspects, you should be able to knock this out quickly as long as you have enough Titan’s Blood.
That’s all you need to know about how to unlock the Lucifer Aspect in Hades. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
