Doom Eternal is full of weapons to find and demons to take on but there are still secrets to find if you explore the world a little. If you’re working through the first full mission, here’s everything you need to know about where to find all Hell on Earth secrets and collectibles locations in Doom Eternal.
Below, we’ll run you through the every single one, in the order you should grab them, so that you’re not wasting time going back and forth.
All Hell on Earth Secrets & Collectibles Locations in Doom Eternal
Collectible No. 1 (Zombie Toy)
After collecting the chainsaw, you’ll need to punch a block out the way to climb up to the next level.
Before then, or after if you’ve got there already, there’s a broken wall on the back left of the room.
Punch that and follow the path around. Jump up behind where you’re looking when you reach the end and you’ll find a Zombie Toy.
Weapon Mod 1
After you’ve climbed up the block you moved, the first weapon mod is then by the door as you continue. Just press R3 to interact with it and you can choose your first mod.

Following the first arena fight shortly after getting the weapon mod, there’s a Codex Page through the door. This one is nigh on impossible to miss.
Codex Page No. 2
The second codex entry is found after cutscene and by the entrance to the broken building.
Weapon Mod No. 2 – All Hell on Earth Secrets & Collectibles in Doom Eternal
The next weapon mod is immediately after the codex page above. We haven’t got a screenshot because it’s the next thing you see and it’s pretty much impossible to miss.
Collectible No. 2 (Doom Slayer Toy)
After you smash through the wall by the weapon mod robot, look left and jump up to the ledge where the zombie is impaled. Follow the corridor around and you’ll find the Doom Slayer toy there. This one is pretty tough to spot and the question mark on the map isn’t very helpful.
Map Unlock – All Hell on Earth Secrets & Collectibles in Doom Eternal
After being introduced to Arachnotron and beating the arena it’s in, you’ll get the Heavy Cannon. The map unlock is just after that wall on the left as you progress.
Collectible No. 3 (Imp Toy)
In front of SCOTT building, jump onto the overturned old truck and jump up to opening you’ll see on your left to get up to the second floor.
Then, as you go in there’ll be a wall you can break on the left. Fall down the shaft and there’s an Imp toy at the bottom.

Then, further into the SCOTT building. Go in at the bottom floor and through the gap at the back of the first room.
Then, jump over to stay on the second floor, there’s a codex page on the left, around the corner.

Then, a little further on through the level – inside the subway after getting the yellow access key (details on which you can find here), you will move past wall cannons, taking out enemies, and go down the stairs. The next weapon mod is just at the back of this room.

After beating the next arena, where you’re in what looks like a roof top garden, climb the wall over the gap up to the next train. Continue on and there’s a codex page at the end of the tunnel.

Then, after meeting first tentacle enemy, which can be annoying, head through the room and go right, where you’ll see a block on the ground.
Jump onto it and up. There’s a vent you can break and behind it is the infinite lives cheat code.

Then, at the end of this section, you’ll head through a portal. When through, head right up the stairs and follow them round.
Then, go up another set of stairs, then right again. Up one final small set of stairs there’ll be another Codex page by a gate mechanism.

Then, head to the centre of the room that the Khan Makyr objective is in. Head in the opposite direction to the objective and there’s the last collectible, another codex page.
