Unlocking the Shopping Area in One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows

At the very start of the game, as you’re still getting used to the game mechanics and mission structure, the areas that you can explore in the open world will be pretty limited. If you try to head towards the direction of the clothing stores, an agent will inform you that the area is hazardous and that you can’t pass through for now.

However, keep playing the game and the shopping area will eventually be unlocked for you.

To unlock this area, simply keep playing through the main missions until you reach the quest titled Odd Monster in Town. This mission will be automatically unlocked for you as you progress through the main mission list for the Association HQ.

If you find yourself stuck and unable to unlock any missions from Association HQ, you may need to increase your contribution score. You can do this by completing requests from citizens around town or taking on side missions from Association Branches. Once your contribution score is high enough, you’ll unlock more main missions from Association HQ, allowing you to progress through the story.

To recap, here’s how to unlock the shopping area in One Punch Man:

  1. Increase your contribution score by doing missions from Association Branches or citizen requests.

This unlocks more main missions from Association HQ.

  2. Keep playing through the main missions and clear the mission titled Odd Monster in Town.

  3. After clearing this mission, the shopping area will be unlocked.
