Completing missions as part of a crew will provide increasing bonuses to REP, Bank, and Heat as the crew gains levels. When the crew reaches level 50, you’ll be rewarded with a Ferrari FXX-K Evo ’18.

How to Create a Crew in Need for Speed Heat

The game will automatically add you to a Starter Crew once you reach a certain point early on in the story. You’ll need to leave this crew before you can create your own.

You’ll want to do this as soon as possible so that the REP you gain goes towards your own group, and not a random Starter Crew.

The first thing you’ll need to do is go to the Social tab in the pause menu, then select Crews. From there, go to the Members tab. When your screen looks like the image below, select Leave Crew.

Once that step has been completed, you’ll be able to see the Create Crew tab and make one for yourself. When you finally have your own crew, you can invite up to 31 members to race around with.

Time needed: 5 minutes

Here’s the quick run rundown:

  1. Go to the Crews tab in the pause menu

  2. Select the Members tab, then hit Leave Crew

  3. Head to the new Create Crew tab and get creative
