Jedi Fallen Order: How to Change Clothes & Get More Outfits

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Jedi Fallen Order introduces a brand new character to the Star Wars universe; a padawan named Cal Kestis on the run from the Empire. While Cal starts the game with his own unique look, you can actually change him into a ton of different clothes throughout the game, although they’re all aesthetic and don’t change your stats or anything. With that, here’s how to change clothes and get more outfits in Jedi Fallen Order.

Most of Cal’s clothing options will give you new colors or designs for his ponchos, but there are plenty of cool alternatives. Let’s first go over the ways you get new outfits, before how to change into them.

There’s really only one way of getting new outfits, and that’s by finding them in chests scattered throughout the game. There are tons of chests tucked away in corners and alternate pathways, most of which will reward you with either new clothes or lightsaber customization options.

Time needed: 1 minute

Now that you have new clothes, here’s how to change them.

  1. Press the options/menu button to open your menu, then head to the Customization menu.

  2. Now simply select the option you want to change into and press X/A on it to instantaneously change Cal’s clothes.

This menu also lets you change the design of BD-1 and your ship, the Mantis.

If you’re wanting to change the design of your lightsaber, on the other hand, you’ll have to head to a customization bench, like the one on the Mantis, in order to do so.

That covers everything you might need to know about how to change clothes and get more outfits in Jedi Fallen Order.
