The developers released a few screenshots on the official Twitter account of the game (source 1, 2) providing an additional look.

First of all, we get to see more of the character creation feature, which comes with interesting elemeents and aims to let you deeply personalize your character within the Sengoku era theme.

You can include things like blackened teeth and Kabuki-style make-up. While those elements aren’t shown in the images, we do see a slider for “femininity of motion” (and males have the same option according to the tweet) and colors can be selected with full RBG values. Another screenshot showcases a very detailed set of customization sliders for the face.

The second set of images features one of the levels of the game, the “Thirteen Sakura Tree” set in Mino.

You can check them out in the gallery below.

NiOh 2 will release for PS4 in early 2020. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the latest trailer, the latest multiplayer gameplay, another set of videos, the latest batch of screenshots, and plenty more images from the day before.

Recently, Twinfinite attended a presentation by Producer Fumihiko Yasuda, who shared a lot of interesting details about the game, including an overview of its extensive multiplayer features.

Last, but not least, a few weeks ago we heard about the upcoming open beta.
