Pokemon Masters is finally here, and it has more than a few new features not seen in other games in the series. That’s why we’re here with a guide on how to increase Sync Pair Potential.
How to Increase Sync Potential in Pokemon Masters
Acting as a measurement of how strong your Sync Pair can become, Sync Pair Potential is shown by a number of stars next to a trainer’s picture.
It can be increased through the use of Power Ups; special items that raise the overall rank of a trainer, and subsequently the the strength they can obtain through level ups, Sync Attacks and so forth.
The way you get Power Ups can vary, and you’ll need a Power Up that corresponds with the number of stars next to your Sync Pair of choice’s picture. Once you have some though, it’s fairly easy to use them and get your Sync Pair on the road to becoming even better.
How to Use Power Ups
To use Power Ups and increase your Sync Pair Potential, go to the main menu and tap the Team tab in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to a menu of options for editing your team, leveling up Pokemon, learning new skills and increasing your potential.
Select the Increase Potential option, and then you’ll be taken to a screen with all of your current Sync Pairs available for selection.
Tap on the Sync Pair you wish to level up, and then tap on the corresponding Power Up on the bottom of the screen.
So, to summarize:
- Go to the main menu and tap the Team tab.
This will take you to a menu of options for increasing your team’s stats and potential.
- Tap the Increase Potential option.
This takes you to a menu of your current sync pairs you can increase the potential for.
- Tap the Sync Pair you wish to increase the Potential for.
Doing so will bring up a menu that you can select Power Ups from.
- Select and use the Power Up that corresponds with the Sync Pair’s current rating.
This will increase your Sync Pair’s Potential by one rank, raising their potential for growth in terms of stats, strength and so forth.
