Anyone who has ever attended school knows that even on the best of days it can be hard to stay motivated.

Here are all the ways you can increase motivation:

  • Meal sharing
  • Completing Monastery activities like choir practice and cooking together
  • Offering praise during instruction sessions when students get a Perfect proc
  • Choosing the appropriate response when students get a Bad proc
  • Becoming MVP in a battle

It’s definitely advisable to try to max out each student’s motivation meter so that you can raise their skill levels quickly and more efficiently.

What Motivation Does

Every Monday, you’ll be able to structure a lesson plan for your students, and instruct individual students to raise specific skill levels. The number of times you get to instruct them greatly depends on their motivation level.

For instance, a student with maximum motivation will have four opportunities for instruction. On the other hand, students with a lower meter will only get one instruction opportunity.

And that is everything you need to know about how to increase motivation in Fire Emblem Three Houses. Now that you’ve got the proper schooling, it is simply a matter of practice until you master everything there is to know in the game.
