Then, you need a TOTW player for the FUTTIES Neto SBC. You can buy one around 81 rated from the FIFA 19 transfer market for about 12k coins, but you can also complete the 81+ guaranteed TOTW SBC for about 10k, and you might get something higher rated.
The best option would be to do that and then slip that in anywhere into the squad. For the La Liga Santander player, try to use a goalkeeper if you’re buying them from the market, since they’ll often be cheaper. Adan could be a good option.
