Baldur’s Gate III

There were a bunch of rumors surrounding the next entry in the Baldur’s Gate franchise for the past few weeks or so, but during the Stadia Connect, Larian Studios dropped the first reveal trailer for the long-awaited RPG, Baldur’s Gate III.

Larian Studios are the developers of Divinity: Original Sin 2 and have been wanting to work on this game for a very long time now. The Belgian-based studio states that this newest entry has very high production values and will be the biggest game that the team has worked on.

Considering that it’s been about 20 years since we’ve last seen Baldur’s Gate, fans of the western RPG series are sure to be excited about this one.

We don’t have a release date just yet but you should know that the title will be coming to PC as well as Stadia. No console release has been brought up just yet, but we will let you guys know if that changes.

Gylt

One of the more unique games announced during the Stadia Connect, Gylt is a third-person horror adventure game that is being developed by Tequila Works (Rime, Sexy Brutale) exclusively for Google Stadia.

In the reveal trailer shown during the event, we see the main character, Sally, exploring an abandoned school with what seems to be a flashlight and not much else.

There’s light puzzle-solving, scary encounters with creatures that look straight out of Silent Hill, and overall, it reminds us Little Nightmares, another atmospheric horror game with a cartoonish art-style.

Considering just how creepy and spooky the setting is, Gylt looks a promising experience for Stadia is sure to deliver on the frights.

Get Packed

Get Packed is a cooperative multiplayer game that will be launching for Google Stadia sometime in 2020. It was not revealed if this title would be a Stadia exclusive, but it’s being developed by Coatsink and Moonshine Studios.

Get Packed will feature four-player cooperative play over online and locally and the whole point is to run inside houses and other buildings to then pack it up in a truck outside.

Considering how hectic the game looks mixed with the hilarious physics, this indie title is sure to make you laugh. The trailer shows characters flying down some stairs with furniture, getting hit by cars in the street, and lots of explosions.

Get Packed launches next year on Stadia.
