How to Farm Bosses in Borderlands 2

Each time you defeat a boss, you’ll be rewarded with tons of loot. Depending on that particular boss’ loot pool, you have a chance of obtaining some seriously powerful and rare weapons as well, so if you’re looking to build a good loadout, you’ll definitely want to farm bosses from time to time.

Thankfully, the farming process is pretty easy and straightforward to pull off. Each time you defeat a boss, all you have to do is bring up the pause menu, and select the option to save and quit the game.

Then, load back into the game and you’ll respawn at the nearest checkpoint, and you’ll see that the boss you just defeated has reappeared as well. Now, all you have to do is defeat that boss again to get another chance at some valuable loot. That’s all there is to it.

Tagging Checkpoints

Of course, to make the farming process a little more convenient for you, you might want to tag a nearby fast travel point so you don’t have to walk too far to get back to the boss arena.

Look out for the orange stations scattered around Pandora in Borderlands 2, and just walk past them to register them. The next time you reload the game, you’ll start from the last fast travel point you tagged, so be sure to hit up the ones that are closest to the boss you’re looking to farm.

If you’re looking to farm the new Uranus Bot boss in the DLC, we’ve got you covered as well.

That’s all you need to know about how to farm bosses in Borderlands 2. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
