Cat and Dog Replacements

stardew valley

These two mods work great as a pair, one changes the sprites of the cats and one changes the dogs to make them way more adorable in Stardew Valley.

There are 50 new colors for the cats including short hair, long hair, calico, tortoiseshell, spotted, and more. The dog sprites have a ton of different breeds like Labradors, Border Collies, Boston Terriers, Bulldogs, Corgis, Pitbulls, and tons of others.

The new sprites for both the cats and dogs have new animations, which lend well to their new and cuter look. They are a must download for every cat and dog lover playing Stardew Valley.

Unique Jealously Responses

Looking for more drama in your playthrough of Stardew? This mod makes it so your spouse you choose in the game will have some custom dialog if you get a little too close to some of the other NPCs.

Your spouse can get jealous if you give a gift another character, and if confronted you could lose or gain relationship points with your husband/wife depending on if you decide to tell the truth or lie.

Every character has their own unique dialog that matches their personality, as some characters will be more prone to jealousy than others. *cough* Haley *cough*

UI Variety

This mod allows you to customize your UI options if you are getting tired of the boring yellow menus in the base game.

It comes with a selection of user interface recolors, like the pink version shown above. The new colors also change the NPC text boxes, fishing menus, and shop UIs, with two dozen colors available.

Seasonal Japanese Buildings

This detailed mod offers a Japanese inspired redesign of almost all the farming buildings in Stardew Valley.

The new buildings mimic Japanese architecture, include animated building, statues, and craftables, and also change in appearance depending on the season.

Spring will have pink blossoms resting on the roof, fall has red leaves, and winter has small clumps of snow.

It’s sure to give your farm a whole new look, and maybe inspire some new farming layouts.

New Shirt Bundle

This mod is a bundle that includes a ton of new shirts you can choose for your character to wear about Pelican Town.

The bundle adds a total of 64 unisex farmer shirts to your game, some of which can be seen above. The outfits look much more modern than some of the looks offered in the base game.

Coop and Barn Redesign

This mod offers a redesign to the interiors of both the coop and barn buildings in your Stardew Valley game.

It makes the inside of the buildings look a lot newer, as if your farmer took it upon themselves to do a bit of handiwork. The floors are redone, the walls repainted, and clutter is picked up from the floors.

This seems more realistic as well, as the game tells you Robin builds you these new buildings from scratch so why would they come with run down interiors and random piles of wood everywhere?

Now they look brand new and fit in more with the idea they were made custom for you.

Online and Home Shopping

Tired of the appearance of the catalogs in your house? Now your character can get it all done at home with this mod that allows them to shop online with new sprites.

It retextures the base Stardew Valley furniture and wallpaper catalogs to look like laptops and computers, so when you farmer interacts with them to purchase items its more like they are online shopping.

There are two colors, being a light and dark version to match the interior of your home to the desired color.

Oasis Greenhouse

mods

This mod transforms your boring greenhouse into a beautiful oasis you will feel more inspired to garden in.

The new building redesign also comes with a wine cellar, spa, basement cave, custom descriptions for certain items inside, a jukebox, and special lighting inside when the night cycle begins.

It also has a ton of cute details, like potted plants sitting all around the edges of the garden and flowered vines creeping up the huge glass windows.

Auto Tool SelectSwitch, multiplayer, how to play Stardew Valley multiplayer on Nintendo Switch

This mod enables a tool that automatically selects the correct tool to interact with the block you are facing.

You just have to hold the activation key, and then use the action button in the direction of the block you want to interact with.

If it’s a finished crop it will be gathered, a growing crop it will be watered, grass it will be scythed, a tree it will be axed, stone it will be broken, and finally plain dirt will be hoed so you can plant seeds.

It’s a simple but amazing adjustment to Stardew Valley that will make it so you don’t have to worry about swapping between your tools anymore while doing all your daily chores.

Strawberry Fields Farm

This mod offers a new farm layout entitled Strawberry Fields Farm. It replaces the standard farm in the base game with this new remodel with tons more details and multi-leveled areas.

The map also comes with invisible fences for the animal enclosure areas, several waterfalls, bridges, designated lighting when the night cycle begins, and multiple farming areas so you can get creative with where you put your crops.

All the grass on the lot is also tillable, so you can customize the grass to your liking as well.
