Both parts of this FIFA 19 SBC are pretty simple. Unfortunately, due to the TOTW requirements, particularly in the Spain section, you’re limited with what leagues you’re able to use.
For the Spain SBC, you should stick to a major FIFA 19 league for everything other than the TOTW players. For the Spanish players, the Bundesliga has Javi Martinez, the Premier League has Mata himself or Kepa, Serie A has Raul Albiol or Pepe Reina, and there are of course plenty of options from La Liga.
You will then be able to slip the TOTW players into that part of the UEL Moments Juan Mata SBC without any problems or links to the rest of the squad.
