How to Play Stardew Valley Multiplayer on Nintendo Switch
Stardew Valley offers up some of the finest farming sim action you could possibly ask for right now, and it feels right at home on the Nintendo Switch. Outside of following the above instructions, there’s not a whole lot else you really need to know to get going. We did think it was worth noting a couple of additional pointers, though, just to give you a helping hand.
First, if you want to play Stardew Valley’s multiplayer on Nintendo Switch, you’re going to need a Nintendo Online Subscription. If you don’t have one, you cannot even access the Join menu within Online Connection shown in the image above.
We’d also suggest always having enough Starting Cabins when creating your own game for however many of your friends you want to play with. Each guest player must have a cabin in order to play. If you don’t choose to have multiple starting cabins within this menu, you’ll have to build them by going to speak to Robin. They cost 100 Gold and 10 Stone, however, so at least it’s not going to take an age to get the materials together.
