Best Black Friday Gaming Deals and Sales 2018 (Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Amazon, & More)

If you’ve been holding off to treat yourself on a new console, game, or hardware peripheral, Black Friday can’t come soon enough. This is the big one: the annual event that sees retailers drop prices through the floor with crazy-low gaming deals and sales to be had.

In days gone by, actually taking advantage of Black Friday meant braving hordes of frenzied shoppers, but thanks to the internet that’s not something we have to endure anymore. Thankfully you’ll be able to order (most) of the best deals from the comfort of your own home.

We’ve reviewed the Black Friday catalog ads for the biggest retailers and compiled what we think are the hottest deals out there listed so far. They’ll be more to come as we get closer to the big day, though, so be sure to check back in later for updates as they arrive.

If you’re looking for something console-specific, we’ve got some handy other Black Friday reviews that might be of interest:

Amazon

As we’ve explained elsewhere in our other Black Friday summaries, Amazon works a little differently to conventional retailers. Instead of releasing a typical catalog advertisement for their sale, Amazon will instead release hourly gaming deals throughout the entire week of Black Friday.

From Nov. 19, they’ll begin unleashing dozens of hot gaming deals across console and PC hardware and software. It makes planning your shopping a little trickier but you’ll likely get better deals than brick and mortar stores, and the deals will be available much sooner.

We’ll keep this list updated with the best deals during next week.

Kohl’s

Kohl’s has a bit of a limited selection this year, especially when it comes to PS4 content. There are some decent bundles for Switch and Xbox One that we’ve listed below, though.

  • Xbox One X 1 TB PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds bundle and $120 Kohls Cash – $399.99
