How to Turn Off Trainer in FIFA 19

The Trainer returns once again for FIFA 19 and it will be on when you first play the game. While it can help a lot with new features such as Timed Finishing, because it shows you a helpful gauge that indicates how close you are to getting the perfect timing on your shot, it can get in the way by showing you how to do things you already know how to do. If you’re more comfortable playing without the Trainer in FIFA 19, you’ll probably want to turn it off. Here is everything you need to know about how to turn off the trainer in FIFA 19.

If you’re not in a match when you decide to turn off the Trainer in FIFA 19, head to the FIFA 19 main menu. Once you’re there, scroll over to the Customize tab of the menu and choose the Customize Controls option. Then, you’ll see the Trainer option. All you need to do is simply change it from Show to Hide and back out of the menu. It then will not be active when you head into your next match. That’s one way to turn off the trainer in FIFA 19.

You can also turn it off during a match by pressing the pause button, choosing the Trainer or Settings options, and changing the option from Show to Hide in the Customize Controls menu. If you do so, when you go back into the match and continue, the Trainer will no longer be active. Keep in mind, however, that turning it off during the match will not save the change forever, and it will only work for that one match. You’ll have to head to the main menu to turn the mechanic off permanently.

That’s all you need to know about how to turn off the Trainer in FIFA 19. For more on the game, be sure to check out our wiki guide.
