Getting the Cerberus+1 Auto Rifle in Destiny 2: Forsaken

Recommended Videos

Destiny 2: Forsaken launches today across all platforms and introduces a couple of brand new exotic weapons alongside it. One of those new weapons is a ranged DPS auto rifle called Cerberus+1. You can check out the perks for the Cerberus+1 Auto Rifle below:

Four-Headed Dog – Shoots bullets from all four barrels simultaneously.

Rifled Barrel – Long ranged shotgun.

Fluted Barrel – Increases handling speed.

Full Bore – Increases range.

Spread Shot Package – Aiming down sights reduces bullet spread.

In order to get the Cerberus+1, you’ll need to do one of a few things. Like with any exotic engram, you can get lucky and earn the Auto Rifle randomly through completing missions or killing enemies. Powerful Engrams are an even better bet, as they are awarded after completing milestones throughout the week. Just like with the previous method, the Powerful Engrams method is random.

As always, everyone’s favorite exotic merchant, Xur, still appears once a week. To purchase the Cerberus+1 from Xur, you’ll need a bit of luck and a lot of Legendary Shards. If the auto rifle appears as one of the Fated Engrams for the week, it will cost you 97 Legendary Shards. Keep in mind that while the weapons are chosen at random, you’ll have a better chance at getting the Cerberus+1 to pop up if you have other exotics, as the available gear will only be ones the player hasn’t received yet.

That is how you can obtain the Cerberus+1 Auto Rifle in Destiny 2: Forsaken. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more coverage and our extensive Destiny 2 wiki.
