Cyberpunk 2077 Release Date: What We Know So Far

What We Know So Far About the Cyberpunk 2077 Release Date

Recommended Videos

Cyberpunk 2077 is the latest role-playing game developed by CD Projekt Red, the same developer that brought us The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This time around, players are trading their swords for guns and horses for cars as the upcoming game is set in a gritty science fiction metropolis. Now that we’re finally seeing more of the game, some people might be wondering about the official release date.

There’s still no word on a Cyberpunk 2077 official release date for now, but it seems like the developers might be targetting a 2019 launch window. There has been some word of a previous investor call that seemed to suggest they developers are aiming for a release date before June 2019, meaning we might have to wait a whole year or so before we can get out hands on the game. Interestingly enough, CD Projekt Red actually slid a hidden message in the Microsoft E3 2018 trailer, stating that they will only release the game when it’s finally ready and that they’re working to deliver a quality product that fans will enjoy.

That about sums it up for all we know about the Cyberpunk 2077 official release date. We’ll be updating this post as more information surfaces in the near future. For more interesting tidbits on Cyberpunk 2077, make sure to search for Twinfinite!
