Nintendo Switch April 2017 Releases

The Nintendo Switch enjoyed a successful launch month in March, packed with big titles like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+. April is a little slower, with only two major games hitting the new console. Puyo Puyo Tetris is an enjoyable puzzler that you can enjoy with friends and family, both at home and on the go. The game combines elements of both the Puyo Puyo and Tetris games, and is being developed by Sonic Team.

The next big game Switch owners will want to look out for is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The game made its debut on the Wii U a few years ago, and was celebrated as one of the more enjoyable co-op and competitive racers of the generation. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is essentially a port of the Wii U game, but it comes with all of the previously released DLC and a reworked Battle Mode.

If neither of these titles appeal to you, don’t forget to check out the releases from the previous month as well.

You can check out the release dates of all the Switch games for April 2017 down below:

  • April 25 – Puyo Puyo Tetris
