No Man’s Sky: How to Climb Tall Walls and Mountains

How to Climb – No Man’s Sky

Recommended Videos

No Man’s Sky’s worlds can sometimes be difficult to get around. With all of the limited resources needed to power the different technologies at your disposal, sometimes your Jetpack can’t handle the heights or your stamina just doesn’t cut it. Luckily, not everything relies so heavily on tech, and you still have some abilities that allow you to get around just fine. One way is to climb things like tall walls and mountains.

Climbing is really simple in No Man’s Sky. Walk up to what you want to climb, pressing your face against it, then hold X. If you’re worried about wasting Jetpack fuel because of the impossible height, don’t. As long as you’re pressed against the surface of whatever you’re climbing, you won’t use a single drop of fuel. The game will count it as if you’re physically climbing. The best part is it doesn’t waste any of your stamina to climb either.

Now nothing can get in your way, except for the deadly animals, robots, or pirate ships with lots of guns. Okay, so a lot of things can get in your way, but not tall walls or mountains. You’ve got those in check.
