Final Fantasy Explorers: How to Unlock Aerith

"Don't fight here! You'll ruin the flowers!"

In order to unlock Aerith’s Magicite, you must use a healing ability 500 times. It doesn’t matter whether you’re healing yourself or your party – just keep that HP up and she’ll unlock in time. You should always have Cure, Cura, or Curaga equipped regardless of your job, especially when facing Eidolons and other difficult bosses. Once you’ve healed for the 500th time, go talk to the Migrant Moogle Merchant on the eastern side of the hub (he’s the moogle that isn’t there all the time) and he’ll hand over Aerith’s Magicite.

It is important to note that you must have the Trance ability learned before you can obtain character Magicite and transform.

While in a Trance as Aerith, you can use the Great Gospel technique if it appears in the Crystal Surge ability list.
