Final Fantasy XV’s Next Update Will Let You Take Photos Anywhere in the World

Hooray for more cheesy photos.

Square Enix isn’t quite done with Final Fantasy XV just yet, and the game’s next major update will be hitting consoles later this month. In this update, players will get to enjoy all of the announced content previously revealed for the Holiday Pack DLC. This includes new outfits and costumes, as well as the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. In addition to that, the update will also include an interesting feature which is sure to appeal to many screenshot-savvy fans.

The game will support a self-photographing feature, which essentially allows players to freely take photos even outside of battle. While details on the new feature were scarce, it’s safe to assume that players will at least be able to start having some sort of control over the types of photos that Prompto takes of the crew throughout their journey. With the inclusion of special photo frames, this is sure to bring in tons of new unique photographs from the game’s community.

Final Fantasy XV is now available on the PS4 and Xbox One.
