Civilization VI’s 25th Anniversary Edition is Very Limited, Includes Art Book and Coin Set

Cheers to 25!

Today, Firaxis announced an anniversary edition for the upcoming Civilization VI which commemorates the strategy series 25th birthday. Here’s what it’ll include:

Recommended Videos
  • The full game
  • Aztec Civilization Pack Pre-Order Bonus
  • Civilization Through the Years 100-Page Hardcover Art Book
  • Exclusive 25th anniversary commemorative coin set with display case
  • Digital content in the Digital Deluxe Edition, including the game’s soundtrack, access to four post launch packs

All of this is going to run you $90, and if you buy this version, Firaxis notes that you absolutely should not fork down money for the standalone packs, because you will be charged for them. If you don’t pre-order the game, don’t worry about the Aztec pack, that’ll be made available to everyone at no extra cost 90 days after the game’s release. The Anniversary edition is only in limited quantities, so if you want it, it’s best to pre-order now before it’s gone!

Civilization VI comes to the PC on October 21. Happy birthday, Civ!
