Blue Rabbits – Zelda Breath of the Wild

When you’ve been venturing around the land of Hyrule in Zelda Breath of the Wild, chances are you’ve seen some spirit-like blue rabbits hopping around. If you run or walk over to them they’ll just run away and disappear into thin air. That doesn’t mean that they’re completely useless, though. In fact, take your time to approach these little guys and they can really help you out.

These blue rabbits, also known as Blupees, are incredibly lucrative if you manage to nail them with an arrow from a distance. As soon as you see any Blupees in Breath of the Wild, immediately crouch and get as close to them as you can. When the blue rabbits are in range of your bow, line up the shot and let fire.

All you need is to land one hit on a blue rabbit and they’ll flee, leaving a trail of rupees behind it. The amount of rupees that Blupees leave behind them is random, but you can almost always expect at least 100 rupees from our experiences with them.

That’s all you need to know about blue rabbits in Zelda Breath of the Wild. For more tips, tricks, and information on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki guide.
