The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine Screenshots

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was already one of the most beautiful games of 2015. Yet somehow, CD Projekt Red was able to make the game even more beautiful with the largest, and final, expansion to the game, Blood and Wine. Set in the beautiful countryside of Toussaint, Blood and Wine has an almost fairy tale like backdrop to the horrors transpiring in the game’s story. There are crystal blues, bright purples, and lush greens making up every image you come across. Huge spires, undoubtedly housing princesses awaiting valiant nights, fill the distance as Blood and Wine thrusts players into a land of royalty.

The royalty reaches beyond the landscape in this new expansion. NPCs are decked out in silk and jewels. There are huge parties occuring every night as stars fill the sky. Knights roam the roads looking for people to protect and monsters lurk in the shadows looking to kill and eat their fill. Geralt gets to survey it all as he moves from place to place, accepting contracts and collecting his pay.

Not everything is pretty, though, Toussaint houses dark secrets beneath it’s forests and within its fruitful vineyards. A Witcher must keep his wits about him if he is to survive. Check out the best Witcher 3: Blood and Wine screenshot we’ve seen so far.
