IS STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT 2’S CAMPAIGN CO-OP?

Recommended Videos

The addition of a solid campaign to Star Wars Battlefront 2 is a welcome one, as it was a feature sorely lacking in the first rebooted Battlefront game. But having listened to fan reception, EA has not only added new game modes such as space combat to the multiplayer equation, players can also now embark on a brief but well written single-player adventure too. Understandably, fans of the game looking forward to teaming up with their buddies in competitive multiplayer will no doubt be wondering whether the campaign can be undertaken cooperatively too. On that front, there’s good and bad news.

Unfortunately, the main campaign in Battlefront 2 cannot be played in co-op. That being said, however, console players do have the option to play through a sort of horde mode, pitting you and a friend against waves of Clone Troopers in Arcade Mode. At the time of writing, the co-op Arcade Mode is exclusive to PS4 and Xbox One.

That’s all the information we have for you regarding whether there is co-op is the Star Wars Battlefront 2 campaign. For more on Star Wars Battlefront 2, be sure to check out our wiki.
