This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Media Molecule has just updated Dreams with new features and performance improvements. The developer Tweeted the announcement after the 104 MB Patch 2.06 went live earlier today alongside a short video showcasing features such as the new art pack and online indicator.

As detailed over on Media Molecule’s official Patch 2.06 notes, the new art pack is called the Welcome Garden, adding 40 sculptures to the game. The developer describes them as useful to “to spruce up your homespace, stamp into your own creations, or remix into something completely new.”

Elsewhere, there’s a quality of life improvement in the form of an online friends indicator, which is essentially just a green dot next to your buddy’s name to telegraph that they’re also online. A small but useful upgrade nonetheless.

There are said to have been a bunch of fixes and improvements, too, listed by Media Molecule as follows:

  • Updated: Various tweaks and improvements to the Community Jam UI.
  • Fixed: Issue where the notifications feed would return to the start of the list after viewing one.
  • Other minor tweaks and improvements.
