We’ve seen Fallout as a 2-D isometric game and even went so far as to replace Fallout 4 deathclaws with Macho Man Randy Savage, so what the hell, let’s try cel shading, too.

The stylish modification isn’t actually due to your typical PC mod. Reddit user Reddit_is_wrong credits a SweetFX/Reshade ENB injector file, starting with a fan-made preset and then adjusting cel shading border settings.
