Today Atlus announced that another Persona Super Live concert is coming to Japan, and this time around it’ll span two days.

The Persona Super Live 2019 will be hosted on April 24th and April 25th, and it will be hosted at the Ryougoku Kokugikan in Tokyo. Incidentally, that’s a popular sumo hall in the city, even if it’s often used for other kinds of events like concerts.

While no further details have been shared, it’s quite likely that there will be new game announcements. Atlus loves to drop reveals of new games during its concerts dedicated to the series.

For instance, during the Persona Super Live P-Sound Bomb!!!! in August last year we first heard about Persona Q2 for Nintendo 3DS and Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and 5: Dancing in Starlight.

At the moment there are no officially announced new games of the franchise out in the wild, but something is very likely to be in development. This new live concert appears to be the perfect occasion to reveal what’s coming next for the popular JRPG series.

Could a new mainline game be in development after the smashing success of Persona 5? An announcement is probably a matter of “when” more than “if,” and next April is a good time as any.

A trailer has been released to accompany the announcement, and you can check it out below.
