HOW TO CHANGE TO YOUR PISTOL IN SNIPER GHOST WARRIOR 3

Recommended Videos

As is the case with most games that put a lot of emphasis on stealth, the silenced pistol is one of the most useful weapons in Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.

Changing between primary weapons works just as it does in any other game featuring weapons. You tap the triangle/Y button which will cycle between your two main weapons – which tend to be a sniper and an assault rifle or shotgun.

To change to your pistol, you need to press the change weapon button twice. Doing so will allow you to sneak around outposts, taking out enemies silently as you go. Pistols can be very helpful as they allow you to move quicker and take out enemies that are close to you without having to awkwardly use your sniper for an enemy that is ten meters away. However, be aware that many of the pistols aren’t powerful enough to take out the stronger enemies with one bullet, even if you pull off a headshot.

To change back to you primary weapons for the more spectacular and longer range kills, you press the change weapon button once more.
