How to Record Gameplay on PS4
Have you ever done something completely awesome while playing a game on your PS4? Say, you got a quadruple kill while playing Overwatch, or you just killed the Nergigante in the most stylish way possible in Monster Hunter: World. Luckily, the PS4 supports gameplay capture so you can save every badass moment in your games. Here’s how you can record gameplay on your console.
On your DualShock 4 controller, you should see a small button on the top left with the word “Share” on top. When you’re playing a game and stumble across something cool, press the Share button. The system will automatically record the last 15 minutes of play. No hassle, right?
You can go even further and post your content on social media if you’ve linked your Facebook account. When you’ve pressed the Share button, you’ll enter a new menu. Here, you’ll have the following options: Upload Video Clip, Upload Screenshot, Broadcast Gameplay. Click on Upload Video Clip and select the latest video, which should be the gameplay you saved. You can even edit and trim your clip so you won’t have to keep the entire footage. Once that’s done, it’s ready for posting.
