How to Beat Queen’s Necklace in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

During Persona 5’s second palace (the museum that represents Madarame’s distorted views) you’ll be introduced to Treasure Demons. These are powerful Personas that can take a beating, but give up lots of goodies if you manage to emerge victorious from battle. If you manage to get one to join you, that will earn you the trophy ‘A Phantom Thief’s Duty.’ The problem is that you don’t have much time to win since they’ll flee from battle after being attacked only a few times. As you progress through the game you’ll come across more powerful versions such as the Queen’s Necklace.

The best and easiest way to defeat a Queen’s Necklace (or any other treasure demon for that matter) is to exploit its weakness. Unfortunately, you don’t have many opportunities to do so, which is where we come in to help you. The Queen’s Necklace only has one weakness: guns. Just fire your gun at it once it pops up and it will drop, leaving itself open to an All-Out Attack for massive damage. Alternatively, you can ask it to lend you its power, which is instant. Treasure Demons don’t actually bother negotiating so you can easily grab this trophy once you come across one. Either way, just make sure to keep your firearms with some rounds in them and you’ll keep it knocked down.
