How to Get a Tailraider Voucher in Monster Hunter World & What They Do

Recommended Videos

As you complete quests of all types in Monster Hunter World, you’ll be rewarded with a variety of different items. One of those items is the Tailraider Voucher. Here’s everything you need to know about them and where you can get them.

Thankfully, Tailraider Vouchers aren’t very rare and are obtained when your Palico returns from a Tailraider Safari. When you first start getting them, they unfortunately have no use at all. You’ll be told to give them to the Smithy, but that won’t actually do anything at all.

Instead, you need to wait until you have played through enough of the story for you to be able to forge High Rank gear. Being able to do so will signal the point at which you’ll be able to start using any Tailraider Voucher you’ve been awarded. Not much will be available to begin with, but as you complete more quests (completing Grimalkyne quests during Expeditions), the more recipes that require Tailraider Vouchers will become available.

That’s everything you need to know about how to get a Tailraider Voucher. For more on the game, check out our wiki guide.
