Is Monster Hunter World PS4 Pro Compatible?

Recommended Videos

Monster Hunter World sends players on an adventure throughout a number of expansive worlds teeming with hostile monsters just waiting to get into a fight with you. While playing the core experience from Capcom is sure to look great on a standard PS4 or Xbox One, many will be wondering if Monster Hunter World will also be PS4 Pro compatible.

Well, we have good news for you PS4 Pro owners. Monster Hunter World will make use of the PS4 Pro’s extra power, and will even come with a range of different settings to choose from. By accessing the Graphics Settings menu from Options, players will have the option of the following options:

  • Prioritize Resolution – If you want a crisp resolution over anything else, this is the option you’ll want to choose.
  • Prioritize Framerate – Prefer the action to be buttery smooth rather than looking the best it can? You’ll want to choose Monster Hunter World’s Prioritize Framerate option.
  • Prioritize Graphics – This will add extra detail and minor graphical improvements to the game. If you’re playing on a 1080p TV, this is the option you’ll want to choose for the prettiest experience possible.

Currently, the exact resolution the game will run at on PS4 Pro has yet to be announced. We’ll be sure to update this post and let you know as soon as we’ve received confirmation.
