HOW TO EASILY BEAT ODOGARON IN MONSTER HUNTER WORLD

Recommended Videos

There are a ton of huge, deadly monsters for you to hunt in Monster Hunter World, and one of those monsters happen to be the highly aggressive Odogaron. Odogaron has been causing trouble for players who have ran into it in the Coral Highlands and Rotten Vale locales. Odogaron does not mess around and is definitely going to be a hard monster to get to keep still – here’s how you can easily beat Odogaron and show it who’s boss.

First and foremost, you want to make sure that you have a weapon that carries either ice or electric properties, since that is what Odogaron is weak against. Don’t use a weapon with any Dragon properties, since Odogaron is extremely resistant to it. You’ll be making the hunt a lot harder for yourself if you don’t go for his weaknesses.

His three breakable/severable parts are his head, tail, and his front claws. Once you start chipping away at his bits, he’ll start to lash out and get very angry; if you have trouble getting some hits on him, we recommend bringing a trap with you, just to get him to stay still, even if just for a few seconds.

Good luck with the hunt and if you need any more help with playing Monster Hunter World, make sure to check out our ever-growing wiki guide on the game.
