Is There Combat in Little Dragons Cafe?

Recommended Videos

Little Dragons Cafe has players managing their own establishment while they care for a pet dragon. For the most part, you’ll be off looking for ingredients, cooking dishes, meeting new customers, and helping your pet grow. Despite the game’s lax nature, some fans might be wondering if there is any combat in the game. So we’re here to answer that question.

Whenever you head out and look for ingredients in Little Dragons Cafe, you might come across several “enemies” who will try and attack you. However, it’s worth pointing out that there is no real form of combat here, and your character doesn’t have a health meter. Instead, they’ll simply eat a dish that you’re holding if they manage to ram into you, which is still a pretty big issue nonetheless. You can’t directly “attack” these wild creatures except by tricking them into ramming into some stone caves.

Moreover, when your dragon starts growing in Little Dragons Cafe, it can hunt down some of these monsters and turn them into ingredients. Similarly, you can run into some of the birds, which will also turn them into ingredients for your meals. Apart from that, Little Dragons Cafe has no weapon system or skill tree whatsoever, so your main focus falls to exploration instead of actual combat. You can rest easy without having to worry about losing health or dying in Little Dragons Cafe. That doesn’t mean that you’re free to keep exploring, however, as your staff members will occasionally slack off, forcing you to head back to your establishment.

While there isn’t any real combat in the game, there are still plenty of other activities that will definitely take up your time. If you need some tips and tricks on Little Dragons Cafe, make sure to search for Twinfinite.
