Saints Row – Is It Crossplay? Answered

The answer to whether or not the reboot of Saints Row supports cross-platform play is that it depends on the platforms involved. The game supports cross-generational play, but is not cross-platform.

That means only consoles within the same family can play with one another. Xbox One players can interact with the Xbox Series X|S version, while PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players can group up. This does leave PC and Google Stadia players out in the cold, so be sure to grab a copy for console if playing with friends.

Saints Row only supports two players in cooperative campaign online, so you may not be missing much if your regular friend group hops onto the game. They may even be in the same console family as you to make pairing up and tackling the streets of Santo Ileso together easier.
