Zero Dawn Bunker Holo Lock Puzzle Solution – Horizon Zero Dawn

During the latter stages of Horizon Zero Dawn, Aloy will find her exploring a mystical bunker. Once again, this ancient facility has one of these Code Nexus holo lock puzzles with the blue and red circles. This time around, however, the holo lock puzzle solution is much more difficult to come by, and you’ll need to use the nearby clue to help you solve it.

Nearby the Holo Lock switches, you should find an audio datapoint called Code Nexus Problems. This datapoint tells us that someone managed to install one of the H-emitted nodes backwards, putting the whole Holo Lock system in reverse. Therefore, that combination that’s on the nearby terminal isn’t going to work anymore.

This order on the terminal is important, though, as it’s this we need to completely reverse. It’s not just the directions of each switch that is now reverse, though, it’s the order, too. For example, the first switch will be whatever the fifth direction is but flipped over.

Using this method, the Zero Dawn bunker’s Holo Lock puzzle solution is Down, Left, Up, Right, Down. Make sure that the red section of each switch is facing in this direction from left to right. Once this is done, the Holo Locks should spin and turn green, allowing you to progress further into the Zero Dawn bunker.

That’s all there is to the Holo Lock puzzle solution in the Zero Dawn bunker. For more tips, information, and handy hints for Horizon Zero Dawn, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki guide.
