One of the biggest factors in helping Diablo 3’s longevity are their seasons, which allow players to start fresh and acquire new loot within a 3-4 month period. Now with Season 9 just around the corner and The Darkening of Tristram expansion released for the month of January, users are clamoring back to slay the spawns of hell once more. Thankfully, users will not have to wait long as a blog post from Blizzard on their official Diablo 3 forums have detailed all of the information regarding Season 9. If you’re looking to jump into the action right away, users can load up Season 9  at 5 pm PST or 8 pm EST respectively.

Some additions and alterations with this new Diablo season include the Haedrig’s Gift, which is a class set that will be rewarded to users for completing specific chapters in the Season Journey. After completing Chapters 2, 3, & 4 players will be rewarded with various Haedrig’s Gifts that will include pieces of an armor set. You will need all three packages if you want to own the entire class set, which makes it easy to acquire some powerful loot armor early in.

The Haedrig’s Gift class items for Season 9 are as followed:

  • Barbarian – Might of the Earth
  • Crusader – Thorns of the Invoker
  • Demon Hunter – The Shadow’s Mantle
  • Monk – Monkey King’s Garb
  • Witch Doctor – Raiment of the Jade Harvester
  • Wizard – Firebird’s Finery

Make sure to grab this loot so you can dominate Diablo 3’s The Darkening of Tristram special event and climb the leaderboards of Season 9. Just make sure to invest in a good laundromat since there will be a lot of demon blood on your new gear.
