Brett Zimmerman is an American actor from Rock Hill, South Carolina. Having graduated from Fort Mill High School, he attended Clemson University, where he first developed an interest in acting. Zimmerman has since starred in several popular television shows, such as Anger Management, NCIS: New Orleans, Grey’s Anatomy, How to Get Away With Murder. Call of Duty: WWII will be his first role in the video game industry, and he’s jumping in at the deep end: playing Red Daniels, the main protagonist of one of this year’s most anticipated games.
American actor, Josh Duhamel is best known for playing Lennox in the Transformer movies, and a host of television shows, such as Battle Creek. Duhamel actually only joined the entertainment industry-proper at the age of 26 after a chance audition opportunity while studying to be a dentist. His role as TSgt. William Pierson in Call of Duty WWII marks his second appearance in the games industry, with Skylanders: Superchargers already under his belt.
Hailing from Boston Massachusetts, Jonathan Tucker is an actor known for his work on TV series such as Hannibal, though he’s also starred in Hollywood productions like Hostage. Call of Duty WWII will be Tucker’s debut role in a video game, playing PFC Robert Zussman. Zussman is a playable character in the game and is a close friend of the main protagonist, Red Daniels.
Kevin Coubal is a young actor with experience in short films and television series. Having only recently established himself in the entertainment industry, his resume is rather brief. Playing Drew Stiles in Call of Duty WWII may very well prove to be his breakout role that kick-starts a voice acting career in video games.
Jeff Schine has acted in several short films, but video game players are most likely to recognize his voice, rather than his face. That’s because Schine has already starred in several games, including Mafia III (Danny Burke), Telltale’s The Walking Dead (Javier), and voiced various minor characters in Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Schine now steps up for a central role in a Call of Duty title, playing Frank Aiello, Technician Fifth Grade.
Colonel Davis is played by Matt Riedy, an esteemed actor best known for acting opposite Robert Downey Junior in The Judge, as well as appearing in the movie Broken Vows. Riedy’s long career spans many television shows and voice acting roles, as well as smaller roles in video games Diablo III, Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, and L.A Noire.
Bella Dayne is a German Actress best known for playing Monika in the Amazon hit show, The Man in the High Castle. Call of Duty WWII is her first role in the games industry, playing Camille “Rousseau” Denis, a powerful female leader of the French resistance.
Tank commander, Augustine Perez is a playable character in Call of Duty WWII. The character is voiced by Christian Lanz, an actor very familiar with the gaming industry, having starred in roles across several notable franchises, including other Call of Duty titles, the Batman Arkham series, Resident Evil, and most recently, Batman: The Enemy Within. Lanz also has plenty of VO experience playing characters in children’s animated productions like Elena of Avalor.
Canadian actor, David Alpay has a distinguished career across television and film. He’s arguably best known for playing Danny in The Man of the Year, starring Robin Williams. Other notable appearenecs include Mark Smeaton in The Tudors, as well as Atticus Shane in the Vampire Diaries. Call of Duty WWII is his first role in a video game, voicing the British special forces commando, Arthur Crowley.
Fans of the hit History Channel show Vikings might well recognize the voice of Katheryn Winnick, who plays Lagertha. She’s also starred in other television shows, such as Bones, and The Dark Tower. Winnick hasn’t lent her voice to video games before but plays Marie Fischer in Call of Duty: WWII’s Zombies mode.
Another esteemed member of the Call of Duty: WW2 cast, Ving Rhames is known for big-screen roles such as Pulp Fiction (Marsellus Wallace) and Mission Impossible (Luther Stickell). He has lent his voice to minor video game roles before, but this will be his first major one.
You might remember David Tennant from the excellent UK series, Broadchurch, or for his appearances in the Harry Potter films. and appeared in Harry Potter films. Tennant is an experienced actor beyond film and television, though, having voiced several video games previously. Most recently, he played the Propaganda Minister in Just Cause 3. In Call of Duty: WWII Zombies, Tennant plays Drostan Hynd.
