Here Are the Voice Actors of The Division Cast

Brandon Keener – ISAC

ISAC stands for Intelligent System Analytic Computer, and is less of a proper character in The Division and more of a digital assistant utilized by the player throughout the game. Brandon Keener, most well known for his portrayal of Garrus Vakarian in the Mass Effect games, lends his voice to ISAC. Keener also played Detective Harold Caldwell in L.A. Noire, and has guest starred on several television shows including single episodes of Castle, CSI, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Kate Drummond – Jessica Kandel

Once the player rescues Dr. Jessica Kandel from a hostage situation, she runs the medical wing of your home base and gives out missions throughout The Division. She is voiced by Kate Drummond, who also played Anna Grimsdottir in 2013’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Drummond also starred as Sue in the 2011 web series Sweet Tarts Takeaway. Later this year she will appear in several episodes of SyFy’s supernatural series Wynonna Earp as Agent Lucado.

Melissa O’Neil – Faye Lau

Faye Lau is a driven and competitive field agent who is fiercely loyal and comes off as strong and serious. Lau is played by Melissa O’Neil, who previously won the third season of Canadian Idol back in 2005. She also plays Two in SyFy’s Dark Matter, which airs its second season later this year.

Patrick Garrow – Paul Rhodes

Paul Rhodes is a tech and weapons expert who begins The Division holed up in the Subway Morgue. Once the player rescues him, the Tech Wing will unlock in your home base. Rhodes’ voice is provided by Patrick Garrow, who recently played the villain Antoine Vallon in the 2014 remake of RoboCop. Garrow also had an occasional role on Nikita as Dr. Hanson, and played Killer in several episodes of Hannibal’s second season.

Rob Stewart – Charles Bliss

In The Division, Lieutenant Colonel Charles Bliss commands the Last Man Battalion, and is hired by Wall Street to protect their assets. Rob Stewart plays Bliss, and has been acting since 1985. Stewart has appeared alongside other members of The Division cast previously, playing Roan in the first two seasons of Nikita and Nassan in a couple episodes of Dark Matter.

Tony Nappo – Roy Benitez

Roy Benitez used to be a New York City police officer, and now leads the Joint Task Force. He runs the Security Wing of the Base of Operations. His voice actor, Tony Nappo, also played Jimmy Falcone in the Hulu-exclusive cartoon Fugget About It. He also played Gus Colyard in three of the Saw films.

Warona Setshwaelo – Larae Barrett

LaRae Barrett is the leader of the criminal group, the Rikers, and acts as a boss during the Lexington Event Center raid. She is portrayed by Warona Setshwaelo, who has worked with Ubisoft previously to provide additional voices in Assassin’s Creed III and Assassin’s Creed IV.
