Developed by Counterplay Games and published by Gearbox, Godfall is a brand new looter-slasher game that’s just been released for the PS5 and PC via the Epic Games Store. As you might expect from most loot grindy games, there’s a pretty robust leveling and skill system in place here, and it’ll definitely take you a while to get to the end game and see everything it has to offer. If you’re wondering what the max level cap is in Godfall, here’s what you need to know.
What the Max Level Cap Is in Godfall
At the time of writing, the max level cap in Godfall is 50.
Your experience and progress bar is indicated at the bottom of the screen, and each time you defeat enemies and tough bosses, you’ll gain experience points which will help fill the bar up.
Once the bar fills up all the way, you’ll gain a level and a skill point, which can be used to unlock new abilities from the character menu.
It’s entirely possible that the max level cap could get raised later on down the line, when the developers decide to release even more content for the game. But for now, level 50 is a pretty good goal to shoot for, and will likely keep players occupied for a while.
Simply playing through the campaign in Godfall will give you a ton of experience points to get you closer to that level cap. That being said, it’s worth noting that even after you hit level 50, you’ll definitely still be short of skill points to unlock everything in the menu.
The good news is that by the time you reach level 50, you’ll be able to start diving into the end game content, and you can still earn skill points to continue strengthening your character and your Valorplates.
That’s all you need to know about what the max level cap is in Godfall. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
