Dissidia Final Fantasy NT: How to Defend & Dodge

How to Defend and Dodge in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT

Recommended Videos

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT may be fast-paced, but there’s an element of strategy at the core of every strike and block. While dealing damage to your enemy is, of course, a pretty key factor in coming out on top in battle, you’ll also need to learn to defend and dodge incoming attacks from your opponents.

Being able to defend and dodge in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is actually pretty simple. Hold L1 to bring up a shield and block incoming enemy attacks, and then simply use L1 and move your left analog stick in a direction to dodge that way.

As simple as this may sound, it’s important to keep in mind the timing of enemy attacks. Learn each character’s attacks and the speed at which they execute them. After all, a mistimed dodge could leave you a sitting duck for a follow-up strike from an agile fighter.

That’s all you need to know to defend in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. For more information on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
