Scarlet Nexus: How to Save Your Game

Scarlet Nexus is a new action RPG from Bandai Namco, and it takes place in the future where humans have gained the ability to use extra-sensory powers. At the same time, aliens have also come to invade Earth, and it’s up to humanity to defend their homeland. This all sounds very exciting, but this is also a fairly long game, which means that you’ll need to take breaks at some point. Here’s how to save your game in Scarlet Nexus.

Saving Your Game in Scarlet Nexus

First off, it’s worth noting that Scarlet Nexus does have an auto-save function. Whenever you enter new areas or reach a checkpoint, the game logo will appear in the corner of the screen, indicating that your progress is being recorded.

However, whenever you’re out of combat and you’re just running around town and exploring, you might want to manually save your game in case you need to quit your play session halfway through. To do this, look out for a yellow shopping cart icon on your mini-map, and that will lead you to an NPC named Satori the Archivist.

He can usually be found near the entrance or exit of an area, and is also usually next to the shop, where you can stock up and replenish your supplies. Talk to Satori by pressing the triangle button or Y button if you’re on Xbox, then select a slot to save your progress in.

Once you’ve done that, you can safely quit out of the game. Whenever you decide to boot it back up, you can resume the game by loading up your save file.
