If you’re the sort of player who loves customizing your character’s appearance, then you’re going to love Ubisoft’s latest action-RPG. Not only can you change almost every aspect of Eivor’s look (including gender) but also his/her mount and raven. Here’s how to get the wolf and reindeer mount in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
How to Get the Mount in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
While there are plenty of cool horses to choose from, nothing quite beats riding an enormous wolf into battle, and that’s where Hati comes in.
Unfortunately, it’s only available for those who purchased the Berserker Gear Pack, which was part of the Collectors and Ultimate editions of the game. If you’re desperate to get the wolf mount, though, you can always head over to the Ubisoft Store from the pause menu and upgrade.
The only other in-game location it might pop-up in the future would be Reda’s shop, which rotates items on a daily/weekly basis in exchange for Opal. Reda will join your settlement after you reach level 3 or so, and he offers you contracts for rewards, as well as a rotating selection of special items.
Hati isn’t part of Reda’s shop right now, but that could change in the future.
How to Get the Reindeer Mount
If you’d prefer something gentler and more majestic, Valhalla has you covered with a reindeer mount that looks absolutely stunning. This one is available for all players, too, though there’s a slight catch: it’s only available when Evior travels to the mythological realm of Asgard.
The Asgard questline is pretty meaty, so you’ll actually get plenty of time with your reindeer mount. You just won’t be able to trot around England with it.
Starting the Asgard questline requires you to reach settlement level 4 and build Valka’s Seer tent.
That’s everything you’ll need to know about how to get the wolf and reindeer mount in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. For more useful tips and guides on the game, be sure to check out Twinfinite’s extensive wiki.
